The diamond runner concept involves layers of processes and materials following a common triangular grid pattern. These layers are accentuated through variance in line-weight corresponding to varying levels of protection based on the trail runner's needs. The grid provides a simple language on which to build an understandable design story of protection and flexibility.

REEBOK ELASTIC RUNNER
The objective of the elastic/scrunchy project was to discover new ways of creating zoned-stretch and adaptive fit in the shoe's upper. I was ultimately able to incorporate this feature into the heel of an inline athleisure shoe, seen at the bottom of this page.
